Miley Cyrus Signs With RCA Records & Spills More Deetz On Her New Album!

miley cyrus talks new album music
Miley Cyrus is getting ready to unleash some new music on the world — and she’s getting by with the help of some celeb friends!
Her upcoming album is set for release sometime this year and will be her first album released since Can’t Be Tamed in 2010!
Mz. Cyrus also recently announced she signed with RCA Records and will also be teaming up with Dr. Luke, who produced her single, Party In The U.S.A.!
While it still has yet to be titled, she’s also working with PharrellHit-Boy and Da Internz, as well as collaborating with Tyler, the Creator!
Miley revealed:
"I wrote this song with Mary J. Blige, and Tyler, the Creator heard it and said, 'I am obsessed with this song, and I will guest on it if you promise me that you will keep it on the album.' And he killed it! I really didn't want to make a hip-hop record, and I'm not trying at all to be a Rihanna or a Nicki [Minaj]….That's not my vibe.”
Do you, gurl! We can’t wait to hear what she’s been cooking up!
But wait — what was that you said back in November about makingdirty south hip hop music?!
Cyrus continued:
"When I was growing up, my older brother would sneak meNelly CDs, my dad had me listening to Dolly [Parton] andJohnny [Cash], and my mom is a complete metal head. So this record is a weird mixture of all that."
Miley also insisted that this time around, it’d be different, seeing as she’s not under the Disney umbrella!
She mentioned it’s almost like emerging as a new artist and that she can now fully separate herself from her Hannah Montana persona!
We are SO intrigued! Tell us more, Miley!
