Before she hit the stage at Los Angeles' Shrine Auditorium to cover Billy Idol's 1983 classic single "Rebel Yell," Miley was introduced by reality star and certified diva Nene Leakes. Leakes reminded the crowd that Miley helped to breathe life back into "VH1 Divas" back in 2009, when it returned to the air following a 5-year hiatus.
To do justice to the hard-edged single, Miley really dressed the part, clad in skintight leather pants and a midriff-baring long sleeved top with plenty of spikes and studs to go around. She belted out the first few notes of the track while standing at the edge of the stage, under a spotlight, before diving backwards into the crowd.

After crowd surfing for a bit Miley was delivered to the main stage, where flames erupted and dancers locked in cages did their best to escape. There was no shortage of head-banging, grinding and groping--Miley got a good handful of herself during the first minute of the performance--and by the time her dancers broke free, it was an all out rock n' roll party on stage with her guitarists going hard on the solos.

Miley's suggestive performance followed her appearance at the Music Box in Los Angeles last week, where she performed "Decisions" with DJ Borgore in an unusually sexy showing. In addition to being scantily clad, the actress and singer gyrated and let loose on stage, with some help from a topless dancer. Being risqué is simply a prerequisite to being a real diva.
